At Aurivian Shine, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our products and services. Please review our refund policy below:

For Services:

  • If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. +1 (302)-240-0604

  • We will return to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional cost.

  • If you remain unsatisfied after the re-clean, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the situation.

For Products:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or used, except in cases of defects.

  • Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
