Auvirian Shine LLC – Terms and Conditions


1. Services Provided

Auvirian Shine LLC (“the Company”) offers professional cleaning services as agreed upon with the client. Service details, frequency, and pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises at the scheduled time. Please secure pets and inform us of any hazards.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic payment. Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues promptly.
6. Liability

Auvirian Shine LLC is insured and will take reasonable care with your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed to us as fragile or valuable.
7. Confidentiality

All client information will be kept confidential and never shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms

Auvirian Shine LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
